Kendall Handler is an experienced c-suite leader and Chief Legal Officer with a proven track record in public company governance, M&A, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a board member for Turo and previously for Angi and Vimeo, Kendall advises on strategy, risk, compliance, and corporate governance. With extensive legal and business expertise across technology, media, and digital marketplaces, Kendall has led significant mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures at IAC while overseeing human resources functions. Kendall holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
