Bernard MacArthur is a Senior Director in Contract Management with over 25 years of experience specializing in strategic negotiations, intellectual property, and software licensing. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Contracts at Omnicell, Bernard leads the management of commercial contracts and champions digital contract management tools to enhance efficiency. As an IACCM Council Member, they focus on negotiations and contract innovation. Bernard has held leadership roles at various organizations, including ZOLL Medical Corporation and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they transformed contract operations and supported high-performing teams globally.
