Tom Drye is the Founder and CEO of Olmsted Polymer Solutions, LLC and has extensive experience in the plastics compounding industry. Currently, Drye serves as a Project Consultant at Material and Design Solutions, a board member of IACMI – The Composites Institute, and an advisor for the SMARC Industrial Advisory Board. Previously, Drye was the COO and co-founder of Orion Performance Compounds, Inc. and held leadership positions at Techmer Engineered Solutions and LNP Engineering Plastics. Drye's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts.
