Zack Gardner

Zack R. Gardner is an Associate Attorney at Kennerly, Montgomery & Finley, P.C. since March 2014, specializing in corporate and business law, technology transfers, government contracts, intellectual property, and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Zack serves as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Institute for Advanced Composites Manufacturing Innovation (IACMI) since 2015. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Attorney at the University of Tennessee College of Law Small Business Clinic, a Law Clerk at B&W Y-12 LLC focusing on technology transfers and employment law, and various legal positions during law school, culminating in a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Business Transactions from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2013. Zack also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, awarded in 2010.
