Nicolas ROBIN

Nicolas Robin has extensive experience in the finance and advisory sectors, beginning with roles in M&A at Natixis and HSBC in 2004 and 2005, respectively. A significant tenure at Rothschild & Co as part of the Global Advisory (M&A) team from 2006 to 2007 preceded a role as Partner and member of the founding team at Five Arrows, a transatlantic mid-market private equity fund backed by Rothschild & Co, beginning in 2008. Nicolas has served on various boards, including SOCOTEC, Harvest Groupe, A2Mac1, ETANCO Group, iad Group, and co-founded CARIZY. An active board member of KEV Group since February 2025 and sustamize since June 2023, Nicolas continues to leverage expertise gained through a strong educational background that includes degrees from emlyon business school and the University of Warwick.
