Colm O'Callaghan

Colm O'Callaghan is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience at RTÉ since October 2004, currently serving as the Interim Group Head of Specialist Factual Content, where responsibilities include commissioning content across various genres such as History, Science, Education, Natural History, Wildlife, and Diversity. Previously, Colm O'Callaghan held the position of Ceannasaí Cláracha Gaeilge, overseeing Irish language content and commissioning Education and Science programming for RTÉ's platforms. As an Executive Producer, Colm O'Callaghan has also managed projects in Education, Science, Diversity, and History. Colm O'Callaghan's academic background includes an M.A. in Modern Irish History from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts from University College Cork.
