David Smith

President, David Smith has a 30-year connection with the Institute as a student, lecturer and Head of Faculty. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Faculty of Film, Art and Creative Technologies at IADT. He has extensive experience in higher education and professional practice. He is principal of the widely acclaimed design studio Atelier and is a former Programme Chair and Senior Lecturer in Visual Communications Design.
