Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy is a seasoned educator and founder with extensive experience in the music and retail industries. Since 2006, Michael has served as a Lecturer at the IADT: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Prior to this role, Michael founded Michael Murphy Management, which operated from 1992 to 2006. Earlier career highlights include positions as an Artist and Repertoire Manager at Imago, Assistant-Head of the Hut at Virgin Records, and various roles in retail at companies such as Virgin Retail and Dunnes Stores. Michael holds a Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies, MA, and Ph.D. in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
