Cyril Catel

Cyril Catel is an experienced professional in the field of conversational commerce and customer engagement, currently serving as Strategic Account Director & Market Lead (DACH) at iAdvize since June 2016. In this role, Cyril manages a strategic customer portfolio and leads cross-functional teams to enhance brand conversations across various channels. Prior to iAdvize, Cyril held positions including Sales Manager at vente-privee, where partnerships with service and ticketing sectors were established, and Training Consultant at 3 LINES GmbH, focusing on management and sales training. As Co-founder and Board Member of La French Tech Düsseldorf since October 2023, Cyril continues to contribute to the growth of technology in the region. Academic qualifications include a Diplom in Business Administration from Hochschule Bochum and a Maitrise in International Commerce from Université Blaise Pascal.
