Alix Troubat

Alix Troubat is an experienced legal professional specializing in nuclear law and international relations, currently serving as an Associate Legal Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since October 2023. Prior roles include Nuclear Law Officer at the Ministère de la Transition Energétique and Nuclear Attaché at the French Permanent Mission to the UN in Vienna. Alix has also worked as a Legal Practitioner in International Law and Human Rights with the Czech Helsinki Committee and completed internships with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including a position in the Consular section of the French Embassy in the Czech Republic. Alix holds advanced degrees in International Relations and Nuclear Law from prestigious institutions such as Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and the International School of Nuclear Law.
