Dimitri Finker

Dimitri Finker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology foresight and business development, currently serving as a Technology Foresight Specialist at the IAEA since 2013. Previously, Dimitri co-founded Freshmile, an innovative start-up focused on energy storage and electric vehicles, and held the position of Chief Technology Officer from 2011 to 2013. Earlier roles include Section Head at AREVA NP, where responsibilities encompassed proposal preparation for new plants and budget planning, as well as Business Segment Manager at AREVA CANBERRA, tasked with developing security solutions for critical infrastructures. Dimitri also served as a consultant for Lhoist and began a career at the IAEA as a Systems Analyst, managing secure telecommunication networks. Educational credentials include an MBA from College des Ingenieurs and a Master of Science from CentraleSupélec, complemented by a DEA in Plasma and Optoelectronics from Université Henri Poincaré.
