Doris Knotter

Doris Knotter has a strong background in IT product management and business relationship management. Doris has worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as a Product Management Lead for ServiceNow since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at NetApp DACH from 2010 to 2023, holding various roles including Sr. Manager IT Product & Process Owner Finance Applications and Sr. Business Relationship Manager Leasing & Consumption Unit. Before joining NetApp, they worked at Oracle from 1998 to 2010, with roles such as Consulting Project Manager & Competence Leader and CRM Inhouse Consultant. Doris has a wealth of experience in implementing ITSM processes, providing IT guidance, and translating business requirements into IT solutions.

Doris Knotter has a diverse education history. In 2019, they completed a Certified Business Relationship Manager course at ITSM Zone. Prior to that, they completed a Fundamental Process Management Course at Nextlevel Consulting in 2018 and obtained a SCRUM certified Foundation & Product Master certification from TÜV in 2017. In 2015, they earned an ITIL Foundation Certification from Pink Elephant. Additionally, they completed a Change Management Study at Kotter International in 2013 and an SFDC Administration Essential Training at Salesforce in 2011. Earlier in their career, they undertook a 3-part MBA training course and became an ITIL Certified Consultant in 2005. Doris also holds a Diploma in Programming and Data Processing/Information System from City and Guilds in 1999 and pursued post-graduate studies in Financial Services and Banking at WU Vienna and Marketing and Market Research at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications, including Certified SAFE 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, the ITIL Foundation Level from Pink Elephant in 2015, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2011. Doris also completed a Scrum Foundation & Product Master Certification from TÜV SÜD.
