Khadija BENDAM is an expert in radiological emergencies at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since 2008, focusing on training initiatives across Asia and Africa while also providing translation services. Currently serving as President of the WiN Global Award Committee and a member of the WiN Global Executive Committee, Khadija also holds leadership roles within the International Nuclear Societies Council, including 1st Vice President and Chair. Previous experience includes acting as Head of Nuclear and Radiological Safety and Security audits at CNESTEN, where Khadija developed internal safety regulations and emergency plans. Additionally, Khadija has contributed to the Arab Women Network in CBRN Security and has experience with the World Health Organization as a consultant for emergency planning. An alumna of Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs, Khadija has a solid foundation in engineering and quality assurance.
