McLoud Ching'onga is an experienced economist and health policy expert currently serving as a Pipeline for Bankable Project Documents Expert at the International Atomic Energy Agency, where responsibilities include supporting IAEA Member States in developing project documents for cancer treatment facilities. Previously, McLoud held significant roles at the Ministry of Health Malawi as Chief Economist and Principal Economist, overseeing the establishment of the National Cancer Centre and conducting economic appraisals for public health projects.
