Ruvi Perera is an IAEA Marie Sklodowska Curie Fellow and a nuclear fuel cycle engineer with a background in chemical engineering. As the first female nuclear engineer produced by the Sri Lankan education system, Ruvi is a dedicated advocate for STEM education, particularly for underrepresented communities. Ruvi studied Nuclear Engineering at Université Paris-Saclay and Chimie ParisTech, supported by prestigious scholarships. Currently, they are engaged in research at the International Atomic Energy Agency and run a YouTube channel, "Ruvi's Thoughts," which promotes science education in Sri Lanka. Ruvi is actively seeking PhD opportunities and roles in the nuclear industry to develop sustainable nuclear solutions.
