Tom Jeffrey

Tom Jeffrey is a safeguards professional with over 30 years of experience in industry and safeguards verification. They served as Section Head at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), a position held since 2019, and previously worked as a Senior Inspector for Coordination from 2015 to 2019. Their experience includes roles as a Safeguards Accountancy Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1998 to 2004 and as a Senior Nuclear Material Accountant at BNFL from 1991 to 1998. Tom holds an MBA from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of Manchester.
