Laura Hildreth has extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Laura has worked for various organizations in roles such as Director of Operations, Editor in Chief, Chief Operating Officer, and Creative Director. Their responsibilities included planning, producing, and delivering print and digital content, ensuring its compliance with learning and functional requirements. Laura also managed teams and oversaw brand and creative initiatives. Prior to their publishing career, Laura worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator and a Computer Instructor. Laura has a strong background in writing, editing, design, and technical skills.

Laura Hildreth's education history consists of a variety of fields and institutions. In 1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The University of Texas Permian Basin, which they attended until 1997. In 1994, they pursued coursework and an internship in Journalism at Midland College. In 2006, Laura enrolled at Collin College and completed continuing education courses in computer science and project management until 2010. Laura furthered their education at the University of North Texas from 2012 to 2013, acquiring a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree with a specialization in Information Science. Lastly, in 2019 and 2020, Laura attended Johnson County Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Marketing and Management, focusing on Marketing and Marketing Management.
