Anna Sermak

Anna Sermak has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, spanning roles in various companies since 2007. At IAG GBS, from September 2017 to January 2024, Anna held positions including Group Head of Commercial Procurement and Head of IT Procurement. Prior to this, Anna worked at CH2M HILL as a Category Manager and Indirect Procurement Specialist focused on global IT hardware, and trained users on the Oracle R12 P2P module. Earlier experience includes roles at Philip Morris Polska S.A., where responsibilities ranged from leading continuous improvement initiatives to managing procurement processes, as well as serving as a Senior HR Contact Center Generalist at Philip Morris International SCE. Anna began in supply chain management with Philip Morris Polska S.A., contributing to market research and export documentation preparation.
