With a robust background in project and resource management, Jyoti has held various roles, including Project Manager and Scrum Master at Lebara and an Agile Expert at British Telecom. Jyoti's expertise spans the full product life cycle, from strategy development to product launch and backlog management. They hold an MBA in International Business, as well as degrees in Information Systems and Computer Applications.
