Adrian Binfield

Adrian Binfield is an experienced individual who has held various leadership roles in human resources, transformation, and change management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at International Airlines Group, Adrian has been instrumental in developing talent strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and implementing reward solutions. Adrian has previously worked in director roles at BT and Openreach, driving HR transformation and colleague experience. With a background in business administration, Adrian has also been an independent consultant and owned a successful chain of bars in central London.
