Prior to joining IAG, Ester held significant roles at Iberia, overseeing economic management in maintenance and engineering, project management for engine repair programs, and customer negotiations. Ester's career began at Airbus Group, providing technical support for aircraft maintenance and asset management. Ester holds degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
