Jeff K. has over 38 years of work experience. Jeff began their career in 1981 as Superintendent of Customer Service at Ohio Edison First Energy. In 1995, they became Supervisor of Customer Service at FedEx Custom Critical. From 1999 to 2010, they worked as a Call Center Operations Manager at Time Warner Cable and DIRECTV. In 2016, they were a Call Center Manager at Weekends Only Furniture & Mattress. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Client Care Manager at Veterans Care Coordination. In 2018, they became Call Center Operations Manager at IBEX. Currently, they are a Channel Manager at IAITAM, responsible for worldwide management of existing partner relationships with a focus on worldwide business development and growth.

Jeff K. received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Malone University and graduated from Massillon Christian High School. Jeff also obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the State of Ohio in November 2002.
