Together we are enabling educators to be the best that they can be

We are bringing a new and fresh perspective to what educational excellence is – how do you, grow, select, support and develop leaders, educators, and aspiring leaders, based on who they are within themselves.

Psychometrics, Assessments, Tests, Profiling – there is a lot of information out there about how to measure personality, characteristics and attributes of teams and leaders, but it’s not been acknowledged that education is such a different context from the business context that these tools have been designed to serve.

As performance Psychologists, we know that a good quality, scientifically standardised, evidenced based tools provide a sound foundation for decision making in selection, development, team building, mentoring, coaching – so we created one with educators for educators. Using a strong scientific basis, and insights from hundreds of educators around Australia and beyond, we developed a validated profiling measure that allows educators to see themselves. To see what their personalised strengths, challenges and drivers are – informing themselves and schools as to what their unique contribution is, where they are likely to be at their best and how they can be developed to be their best.

Our team is passionate about creating a significant and sustainable impact in education, if you are too then contact us about building excellence within your school.
