As performance Psychologists, we know that a good quality, scientifically standardised, evidenced based tools provide a sound foundation for decision making in selection, development, team building, mentoring, coaching – so we created one with educators for educators. Using a strong scientific basis, and insights from hundreds of educators around Australia and beyond, we developed a validated profiling measure that allows educators to see themselves.
