Michael Fandozzi

Michael Fandozzi has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Michael is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at IAM Robotics since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Software, Mobile at Berkshire Grey from February 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Berkshire Grey, Fandozzi was the Vice President of Software Development at Symbotic from February 2016 to October 2018. From September 2013 to January 2016, they worked at Imprivata as the Vice President of Engineering, leading the OneSign Products Group.

Fandozzi has also held various leadership positions at Avid Technology, including Vice President of Engineering - Broadcast, Audio, Storage and Editors from July 2012 to August 2013, Vice President of Engineering, Professional Products from September 2011 to July 2012, Vice President of Engineering, Creative Professionals Products and Solutions from May 2009 to September 2011, and Sr. Director of Engineering, Asset Management from September 1997 to May 2009.

Michael'scareer started at General Dynamics Electric Boat Division as a Software Engineer from July 1985 to June 1988. Michael then worked at General Electric as an SW Design Engineer from July 1989 to August 1991. Following that, they joined Alphatech, Inc. as a Project Leader/Senior SW Engineer from September 1991 to April 1995. Michael also served as a Project Manager and System Architect at Digital Equipment Corporation from April 1995 to September 1997.

From 1981 to 1985, Michael Fandozzi attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Michael then went on to attend Rensselaer at Work from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
