Maria S. is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and marketing. As the Founder and CEO of Praxis Data Security since March 2020, Maria has been pivotal in enhancing cybersecurity awareness and defense strategies. Currently serving as the 2nd Vice President and Board Member for North Texas IMA at InfraGard since April 2022 and as Vice President of the DFW Chapter of IAMCP since September 2021, Maria demonstrates strong leadership in the tech community. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Strategic Alliances at VITECH Cybersecurity Group, where a focus on education and legislation in cybersecurity was a priority, as well as positions in sales and marketing at various firms. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Dallas.
