Tom Ireland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT services and telecommunications sectors. As co-founder and managing partner of Nightstar Partners since 2007, Tom has played a pivotal role in providing application development, integration, and DevOps services across various industries. Tom also serves as the president of the IAMCP Americas New Jersey Chapter since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Tom co-founded Best Conferencing, managing operations and sales. Tom's career began at AT&T, where a 24-year tenure included various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and product management across North America and Mexico. Tom holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, and attended The Brookings Institute as a Congressional Fellow, further enhancing a well-rounded educational background.

The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) represents Microsoft's best of breed partners from around the globe. Our organization was formed in 1994 and provides Microsoft Partners a voice into Microsoft programs, to the IT community at large, as well as a vehicle to facilitate mutual growth and business development among partners. The non-profit organization is operated by an annually elected board of directors, an is funded through membership fees and sponsor grants.
