Tom Duance

Tom Duance is a dynamic and commercially focused ACA qualified senior finance leader currently serving as Group Finance Director at iamproperty since 2024. Tom has extensive experience in the ecommerce sector, having previously held roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Wave and Head of Commercial Finance at Boohoo Group PLC. With a strong background in managing finance teams across various business structures, Tom has effectively communicated financial strategies to stakeholders at the Board level. Tom began their career in finance at KPMG as an Audit Assistant before advancing through positions that culminated in senior leadership roles. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from The University of Manchester and have been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
