Simonne Eldridge

Simonne Eldridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chair of the Facility Advisory Board for the School of Engineering at The University of Auckland and Deputy Chair and Council Member of IANZ, Simonne actively contributes to key statutory bodies in the engineering sector. Previously, Simonne held several strategic leadership positions at Tonkin + Taylor, including Executive Leader for Clients and Brands and Sector Director for Energy, Industry, and Waste. Additional roles include Council Member at the Chartered Professional Engineers Council and Landfill Engineering Manager at Swire SITA Waste Services Ltd. Simonne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors from The University of Auckland and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, along with participation in the Woman’s Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School.
