Mark Osmack

Mark Osmack is the Director of Government Relations at IAPMO, where they develop strategic plans for legislative solutions across twelve Midwestern states. With over ten years of experience in state, local, and federal policy, they have established a broad network of relationships with policymakers and public interest groups. Previously, Mark served as a Civil Affairs Officer in the Army National Guard and held various roles in legislative affairs, including work with the United States Air Force and the U.S. House of Representatives. They earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
