Ron Lord

Ron Lord currently serves as the US Regional Field Manager for IAPMO, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Ron held the role of Political Director at the Southwest Pipe Trades Association from March 2021 to February 2023, and prior to that, served as Regional Manager and DEA Director at IAPMO from 2002 to March 2021, focusing on the promotion of IAPMO Uniform Codes and training in various industries. Earlier in their career, Ron was the Chief of Staff for City Council Member Carroll G. Robinson in Houston, overseeing staff coordination and constituent engagement. Additional experience includes working as a Field Marketing Specialist for the Texas General Land Office and as a Legislative Aide in the Office of Congressman Gene Green. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, earned between 1989 and 1992.
