Aaron Bloom

Aaron Bloom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aaron started their career as an Operations Team Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery in 2003, where they led teams and implemented efficiency strategies. In 2004, they co-founded Karbon Consulting, specializing in home theater systems. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Silgan Containers as a Business Unit Leader, implementing various process improvements and leading a team of supervisors and engineers. Aaron then joined Amazon in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Facilities Program Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Customer Service Manager. Most recently, they served as the Prime Day Leader and Customer Service Operations Manager, leading North America Customer Service Teams with a team of over 900 associates and overseeing the execution of world-class customer service during Prime Day 2020. In 2020, Aaron joined iA as the Vice President of Engineering.

Aaron Bloom attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management.
