Jacquelyn Klees

Jacquelyn Klees has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacquelyn began their career as a Mathematics Tutor in 2008 and subsequently worked as a Teller at Empower Federal Credit Union from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they served as a Data Systems Analyst at NYSEG Solutions, Inc. Jacquelyn then joined ENSCO Avionics, Inc. in 2010, where they worked as an Associate Software Engineer II until 2016.

Since 2016, Jacquelyn has been with iA, starting as a Software Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Technical Product Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for software design and development, code reviews, maintaining a legacy code base, and providing customer support. Jacquelyn also mentored an intern during a software development project. In their most recent role as a Solutions Manager at iA, Jacquelyn worked closely with new customers to understand their workflow, gather requirements, and provide guidance on available features. Jacquelyn also ensured that the software functioned well in the designed environment by reviewing system layouts.

Throughout their career, Jacquelyn has demonstrated a strong understanding of software development, including SQL and Visual Basic. Jacquelyn has extensive experience in gathering requirements, project management, and providing technical guidance to customers.

Jacquelyn Klees attended Binghamton University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2019, they obtained two additional certifications from Microsoft: one from Microsoft itself and the other is the MCSA: Universal Windows Platform - Certified 2019, also from Microsoft.
