Joshua Ruff

Joshua Ruff has over 16 years of work experience in the software development field. Joshua is currently employed at iA as a Software Development Technical Manager, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Product Manager and Software Technical Lead at the same company.

Joshua's previous experience includes working at Transact Technologies as a Software Quality Engineer from June 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for testing firmware, drivers, and software for defects, compatibility, and system integration. Joshua also established and maintained software quality control and test plans.

Before that, Joshua worked at iA as a Software Engineer from October 2009 to May 2015. In this position, they were involved in software development, design, and maintenance of pharmacy automation systems using Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic .NET.

Joshua's earliest work experience was at Lockheed Martin - Systems Integration, where they served as an Embedded Software Engineer and Software Engineer. From December 2006 to October 2009, they worked on software integration for MH-60R Multi-Mission and LAMPS SH-60B Helicopters. Prior to that, from July 2005 to December 2006, they planned and conducted software development activities for Distribution Technologies Integrated Data System (IDS) using C++.

Joshua Ruff obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Binghamton University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
