Matt Hess

Matt Hess has a diverse work experience, starting with their time at iA. Matt began in 2007 as a Sr Field Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Project Manager in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Software Systems Test Engineer before being promoted to Sr Engineer Software Systems Test. In 2019, they became the Manager of Systems Test and Implementation, and in 2021, they took on the role of Director of Solutions Delivery. Currently, they serve as the Director of Solutions Engineering at iA since June 2023.

Before joining iA, Matt worked at ENSCO, Inc. where they served as the Acceptance Test Director from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked at iA as a Field Engineer from 2003 to 2005.

Matt Hess has a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston University, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education at Buffalo State University from 1992 to 1996.
