Stacey Weber has over 25 years of work experience. Stacey is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Operations at iA since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Medxcel Facilities Management as the Director of Client Experience & Solution Center from December 2016 to May 2021. Before that, Stacey worked at Medxcel as a Client Experience Program Manager from October 2012 to December 2016. Stacey was responsible for supporting business processes and developing and implementing solutions related to the Client Experience Center. Stacey also led a team of coordinators at Medxcel's contact center.

Earlier in their career, Stacey was a Supervisor at AH Holdings, llc, where they led a team of Customer Care Coordinators and supported customer engagement from April 2011 to October 2012. Stacey also served as a Team Lead for Customer Service from March 2010 to April 2011 and as a Customer Care Representative from February 2008 to April 2010.

Before joining AH Holdings, Stacey worked as a Relationship Banker at The National Bank of Indianapolis from 1999 to 2002. Stacey began their career at KLF Business Communications as an Account Representative from May 1996 to May 1999.

Stacey Weber completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, which they finished in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs Management. Stacey also studied Public Affairs Management at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Additionally, Stacey obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in May 2021.
