Scott Rowe is an experienced professional in claims and customer service management, currently serving as Claims Operations Manager at Innovative Aftermarket Systems since February 2017. Previously, Scott held the position of Litigation Manager at Germania Insurance, where oversight of an eight-member litigation department was conducted while managing high-complexity cases with a payment authority of $100,000. Scott also served as Customer Service Manager at DentaQuest, managing a Texas call center with over 130 representatives, and began a long tenure at Progressive Insurance as Claims Manager II, overseeing claims offices across multiple locations and managing a team of over 40 adjusters. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Southwest Texas State University.
