Blake Beus has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they joined Noves, Inc. as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were the Founder of BlakeBeus.com from 2018-2021. Blake also worked at iation in 2021 as the Director of Client Success, where they empowered clients to see success by connecting business objectives, technology, and marketing. From 2016-2021, they were the Director of Technology at Summit, where they were an innovator and expert strategist focused on digital transformation. From 2014-2016, they were the Director of Technology at Summit Powder Mountain, where they analyzed customer data and determined key indicators for high value prospects. From 2009-2014, they were the Sr. Web Developer and Web Project Manager at America First Credit Union, where they managed a team of developers, directed internal and external projects, developed and implemented web strategies, and analyzed user behavior. From 2005-2009, they worked at ABC Office as a Web Design and Internet Marketing and Customer Service and Sales Representative. Lastly, from 2002-2005, they worked at Wright Signs, Inc. as the Operations Manager, where they oversaw operations for multiple screen print production lines and supervised 4 employees.

Blake Beus completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Information Systems and Technology from Weber State University between 1999 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma from Star Valley High School between 1995 and 1999.
