Jake Lipp, CTS, has extensive experience in the audio engineering and production field, working as a stagehand and audio engineer for IATSE since May 2010, where skills in lighting, rigging, projection, and staging at various venues are applied. In addition, Jake has been self-employed as a freelance production manager and FOH audio engineer since 2009, collaborating with notable acts such as Chance The Rapper and the Madison Opera. As a co-owner of Full Compass Systems since 2005, Jake has further developed expertise in the industry. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Sales Leadership concentration and E-Business from DePaul University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
