John Posca is an experienced carpenter and set designer currently working with IATSE since July 2019, where responsibilities include building sets for TV shows and movies. As part owner and operator of the Haunted Hayride in Sleepy Hollow since September 2018, John is involved in designing and managing the construction of sets, props, and actors for the attraction. Previous roles include construction assistant positions at Showtime Networks Inc. and Warner Bros. Entertainment, as well as a fabricator role at Arch Production & Design NYC Inc., where set-building and wiring for various projects were key responsibilities. Early experience includes positions as a construction coordinator for the independent film "The Manhattan Front," production intern on "Conan," and technical intern at News 12 Westchester. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio and Television from Ithaca College.
