Lucy Shipp has been with IBA Group since March 2017, progressing from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Executive and subsequently to Senior Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Manager, and currently serving as Head of Marketing since August 2021. In this role, Lucy leads marketing efforts for a globally recognized independent aviation consultancy that advises a diverse clientele, including lessors, operators, financiers, and investors. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Studies and Business Management from The University of Essex, completed in 2016, and completed GCSEs and A Levels at The Ashcombe School from 2004 to 2011.
