Stan Kharlapenko

Stan Kharlapenko has extensive work experience in software development and team leadership. Stan currently holds the position of Head Of Software Development at IBA Group since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Matrix Solutions in London as a C#/SQL/QlikView development tech lead from 2007 till 2020. Stan also worked at Euroaddress as an IT & Production team lead from 2001 to 2006.

Stan Kharlapenko attended Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" from 1993 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree with a focus on Electronics.
