Mathieu Caron

Mathieu Caron serves as the Group Head of Primary Markets and member of the Executive Committee at Euronext since December 2015, overseeing the largest equity listing franchise in Europe and the world's leading bond listing venue. Caron has held multiple leadership roles within Euronext, including Head of Listing and Corporate Solutions, and Head of Corporate Solutions, enhancing capital market engagement for companies. Additionally, Caron is the Chairman of the board for Euronext Corporate Solutions and the iBabs Board Portal Software. Caron contributes to the Federation of European Securities Exchanges as Chair of the Listing and Market Abuse Committee and serves on various boards, including Company Webcast and InsiderLog. Previous experience includes roles at NYSE, Dell, and Accenture, with a strong focus on HR management. Mathieu Caron holds a Master's degree in HR from IGS-RH and completed the Executive leadership program at INSEAD.
