Bridget Brooks

Process Lead

Bridget Brooks has extensive experience in process improvement and customer relationship management within the telecommunications industry. As a Process Lead at iBasis since October 2017, Bridget oversees continuous process enhancement for Operations and manages training and process documentation. In the role of Lead Analyst at KPN ibasis, started in February 2008, Bridget has developed key internal and external relationships, managed the Customer Experience program for high-touch accounts, and ensured team readiness for quality analysis. Previously, Bridget served as a Store Manager at Bath and Body Works, handling all facets of retail management. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Fullerton.
