Anna Connolly is an experienced Work and Organisational Psychologist and Adjunct Lecturer currently involved with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland's Graduate School of Healthcare Management. Since founding Work Frontiers, Anna has provided training, coaching, and psychometric testing services focused on individual and organisational change. Anna also serves as Programme Director at the Irish Management Institute, Associate Lecturer at The Open University, and Associate Senior Trainer at Ibec, specializing in executive and management training. Anna's previous roles include Associate Trainer at SureSkills and Associate Lecturer for the Kildare Wicklow Local Education and Training Board, alongside extensive management experience at Ericsson in various leadership positions. Anna's academic qualifications include a Level 9 Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute, a MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from The Open University.
