Caimin Keane

Caimin Keane is the Executive Director of People & Culture (CPO) at Ibec, a role they began in 2024. Previously, Caimin served as Human Resources Director at Deloitte Ireland from 2020 to 2024 and held various HR positions at the Bank of Ireland, Davy, and the Defence Forces of Ireland. Caimin began their career as a Training Officer at the United Nations in 2009 and worked as a Regional HR Manager in the Irish Defence Forces from 2005 to 2013. They are recognized as a strategy-driven and commercially astute HR leader focused on organizational performance and enhancing work experiences.
