Carl Blake

Carl Blake is currently the IFS Skillnet Network Manager at Ibec, having held this position since 2025. Prior to this, Carl served as the Co-Ordinator for Regional Skills Fora at TUS Global from 2022 to 2025 and was the Executive Director at Skillnet Ireland from 2004 to 2018, where they contributed to the development of workplace learning in Ireland. Carl's earlier roles include serving as the Business Development Manager and Corporate Training Operations Manager at the ICE Group from 2000 to 2004. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree from UCG and a Master's Degree in Management, Strategy & Innovation and Leadership from the Irish Management Institute, which they completed with 1st Class Honours.
