Carolina M. has extensive experience in legal and policy analysis, advocacy, and campaign strategy. From 2020 to 2022, Carolina served as a Judicial Clerk and Policy Analyst for the New York State Unified Court System, supporting the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge and focusing on policy related to the age of criminal responsibility. Subsequent roles include Student Panelist positions with the Irish Council for International Students and STAND, engaging in advocacy and policy feedback for the international student community. Carolina's previous experience includes strategic campaign work for Yang2020 as a Campaign Strategist and as a Campaign Policy Officer for Ben Kallos, where responsibilities involved outreach, fundraising, and policy research. Currently, Carolina contributes expertise as a Social, Education, and Innovation Policy Executive at Ibec and has recently interned with the Houses of the Oireachtas in policy research and legislative support.
