David Howard

David Howard is an experienced professional in the financial and property sectors, currently serving as Deputy Director of Financial Services Ireland at Ibec since October 2013. Prior to this role, David held various positions within Ibec, including Senior Executive in both the Property and Construction Sector and Financial Services Ireland, as well as Director of the Building Materials Federation. David's background also includes experience as an Executive at Property Industry Ireland and positions in several organizations such as the Association of European Candle Makers, European Rental Association, and EASEE-gas. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws in International Law and European Union Law and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics, both from the University of Galway.
