Eoin Ó Catháin

Eoin Ó Catháin is the Director of the Irish Whiskey Association at Ibec, a position they currently hold. They previously served as Head of Advocacy for spiritsEUROPE and have contributed to RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta as both a political commentator and correspondent. Eoin has extensive experience in education, having taught Irish at various institutions including St. Patrick's College and Maynooth University. They also worked at the Embassy of Ireland in Ottawa, where they gained valuable experience in event management and promoting Ireland as a destination for business and education. Eoin holds a BA in International (Irish & French) from NUI Galway and a Higher Diploma in Education from the same institution.
