Mark Sharkey

Mark Sharkey is the Chief Executive at Templecrone Agricultural Co-operative Society, a position held since 2008. They previously served as Managing Director at The Cat Rental Store from 2004 to 2008 and at Ashtead PLC (Ireland) from 2002 to 2004. Their earlier roles included Sales / Operations Director at Ashtead PLC from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their executive roles, Mark is an active member of the North West Regional Executive Committee at Ibec since 2017 and a board member at Hardware Association Ireland since 2021. Mark is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Atlantic Technological University, expected to complete in 2027, and holds a Master's in Business, Innovation, and Leadership with 1st Class Honours from Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
